6.2 Driving speed
Controlling the speed is one of the most crucial skills of a driver. In most cases too high situational speed is the cause behind of a crash.
The speed of a vehicle has to be adjusted to a level that road safety requires. In addition, the driver has to adjust the speed so that other road users will not be exposed to unreasonable amount of dirt and mud splashes.
