16.5 Obstacle on the road
It is prohibited to put or leave anything that can disturb or endanger traffic on a road. If there is an obstacle that cannot be immediately removed on a road, the obstacle has to be marked or other way made visible to other road users, until the obstacle is removed.
When there is an obstacle on a road that can cause serious danger to the traffic anybody noticing the obstacle has to mark the obstacle or make it otherwise visible to other road users, or if this cannot be done without unreasonable inconvenience inform the police.
